 English Oak Recruitment is dedicated to helping students from Central European countries to study in Britain for one or more years to obtain an honours or postgraduate degree. We believe that studying in Britain can be a wonderful experience, give you a valuable additional qualification and radically improve your career prospects.

We offer students applying for the honours bachelor's degree the choice of seven different universities and two private higher education colleges with sixty different courses. To be eligible to apply you must :-

• be completing - or have completed - at least two years of higher education study in you own country
• have a recognised language qualification (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 or LCCI Level 3 or Cambridge Advanced) OR be able to show that you are competent in the use of the English language
• have the approval of your university/college
• have the approval of your parents (if appropriate!)

Hello,
Everything is going just fine on my side, I have to say that so far my studying at Huddersfield is working out great, I am very happy to have the opportunity to be here. The classes are mostly very interesting, and the tutors know how to catch attention. All in all, I am very content. All the effort was certainly worth it.
As for a word of comment for people who might be keen on the idea of studying in Britain - it is something absolutely mind-opening and different than studying in Poland. A lot depends on a person's individual attitude to their education, and is utterly helpful in developing independent thinking and analysis of a subject. Or in other words - one practices thinking.
If one is looking for an opportunity to broaden their horizons to a great extent, then studying in Britain is just the right way to achieve it.
Once again, I am very glad to be here. And once again I'd like to express my gratitude for your assistance in making all of this happen. I hope everything is going just fine for You as well.

Understanding the UK Education System

• Further Education (FE) This is post-compulsory education that is pre-university and can include A-Levels, NVQs Language Qualifications etc.

• Higher Education (HE) This is university level education such as an HND or a Bachelor's degree. 

Undergraduate Qualifications

• HNC- Higher National Certificate

• HND-Higher National Diploma

• BA- Bachelor of Arts

• BSc- Bachelor of science

• BEng- Bachelor of Engineering
