 We maintain close relations with the universities in England and the institutions in central Europe from where students apply. This means that we can remain sensitive to the needs of the students and the participating institutions and deal with any problems or difficulties in a friendly and personal manner.

Our aim is to reply to any query, correspondence or issue within 24 hours. We will seek to respond quickly and efficiently at all times.  

We also recognise that coming to a new country can be a strange and daunting prospect for many students, therefore we run our own Facebook group to let you make friends with other students going to your university of choice so you have a head start when you arrive. Check it out here.
